Parkland Minor Ball Association

Starting 2018, Spruce Grove Minor Ball and Stony Plain Amateur Minor Ball have united to form PARKLAND MINOR BALL ASSOCIATION (PMBA), one of the largest baseball associations in Alberta. The mission of PMBA is to provide athletes with a safe environment to have fun, make new friends and develope their baseball skills.

PMBA is proud to support Nick Hagen's initiative to collect used gloves for youth players in Cuba.  Please read Nick's message below and support a great cause.

My teammate and friend on the Parkland Twins Midget AAA baseball team told me about how he and his teammates had to share gloves when he played baseball in Cuba.  I wanted to help somehow and decided the best way I could was to collect used gloves and have them sent back to his hometown in Cuba. My goal is 100 gloves. If you have any gloves that can be donated, I would really appreciate if you could help me in this Glove Drive. I have a black wooden box at the Henry Singer ball diamonds by the batting cages where gloves can be donated. The box will be there until the end of October. The box is unlocked but I’ll pick them up every few days and store them until I reach my goal.  Thanks again for your help giving back to kids who are less fortunate than us so they, too, can play the great game of baseball!
